Department for External Church Relations will host an international conference on “Church care for mentally ill people”

On November 22-23, the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations will host the 6th international conference on “Church care for mentally ill people.” The conference is initiated by the Commission for Church Education and Diaconia of the Inter-Council Presence of the Russian Orthodox Church.

Russian Orthodox Church representatives take part in interfaith conference in Ethiopia

On 4th – 5th November, an International Inter-Religious Conference on “Addis Ababa Declaration on Tolerance, Citizenship, and Peace” took place in Addis Ababa, capital of Ethiopia. The forum was organized by Ethiopia’s Ministry of Peace and Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities (UAE), with participation of the Inter-Religious Council of Ethiopia.
